Expanded DAA Mentoring Program
Members take control of their careers and enhance their digital analytics skills
WAKEFIELD, Mass. – April 22, 2019 – The Digital Analytics Association (DAA) is expanding its strong Women in Analytics Mentoring Program into a new model – now called the DAA Mentoring Program – that reflects DAA's commitment for professional development for all of its members.
As of April 1, 2019, all DAA members are welcome to participate as a mentee or mentor (or both). As part of DAA’s continuing dedication to diversity and inclusion, each mentoring pair will include at least one woman.
The DAA Mentoring Program, sponsored by Blast Analytics & Marketing and Tealium, is an online networking and career development resource that helps digital analytics professionals find, connect, and share with their fellow analysts. Mentors and mentees can be in the same city or on the other side of the world.
Noah Omri Levin, Director of Marketing at Search Discovery, describes his experience in the mentoring program and has some advice: “I was excited to be a part of the Women in Analytics Mentoring Program because, as a company, we participated in many conversations on the topic of women in technology and analytics. There is a lot that both women and men, who have the experience in the space, have to offer folks who are just starting out in our industry, and we are seeing more leaders who have come through these types of programs. I would advise others who might be interested in mentoring to absolutely do it. It builds you up as a person to mentor somebody else. It builds up your skills, confidence, understanding, and ability to manage, lead, and operate effectively. It was an honor to participate and I hope to do it again soon.”
This program is an exclusive benefit of DAA membership.
